By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Use of the Website & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use this website.
  • By using the website, you represent and warrant that you are eligible and have the authority to bind yourself to these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Accuracy of Information

We deal in natural precious and semiprecious gemstones, Rudraksha, and handcrafted/customized jewelry (rings, pendants, necklaces, bead bracelets, etc.).

  • All gemstones are natural. Slight variations in color, clarity, inclusions, size, and appearance are inherent characteristics of natural stones and shall not be considered defects.
  • We make every effort to display accurate images, descriptions, and prices. However, due to photography, lighting, and screen settings, minor differences may occur.
  • Astrological information and suggestions are provided based on traditional beliefs for guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, astrological, or healing results. Gemstones and Rudraksha are sold for their beauty and traditional value.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatching an order.
  • Payments are processed securely. We do not store complete card/bank details.
  • For high-value orders (₹2,00,000 and above), we may require additional verification including PAN card and bank details.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are generally not permitted, especially after design approval or when production has started.

4. Customization Orders

Customized products are manufactured strictly as per your specifications and design approval (where provided).

  • Once you approve the design and manufacturing begins, making charges become non-refundable.
  • Changes or cancellations after production starts may not be possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only (usually 5–15 working days within India).
  • We deliver across India and selected international locations. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the item is handed over to the courier.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, product descriptions, designs, logos, and trademarks) is the exclusive property of Anuj Gems or its licensors.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

  • Attempt fraudulent returns (including returning fake or different stones).

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or emotional distress.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
